    From 2009, Anne and Vero will cook for you wonderful Provencal meal. After a cooking school in Avignon and an experience in a French restaurant I decided to cook only  for you : homemade and heathy food lifestyle. Vero will take care of you, she is the perfect waitress. You just have to enjoy the meal.

    Breakfast – Brunch

    Enjoy a cooking class in Provence and a wonderful meal.  

    We will combine fun cooking, gathering in cheerful atmosphere, great wine tasting and sharing an unforgettable moment in Provence

     

    - Crunchy cherry tomatoes with sesame and conté cheese

    - Cheese puff, 

    - Scrambled eggs with truffles

     

    Cheeses, fig jam and a glass of rosé from Provence of course

     

    - Cantaloupe melon, water melon, arugula salad and pesto sauce

     – Hot chocolate cake (lova cake) and crème anglaise

    Starter :

     

    - Fresh vegetable Carpaccio with melon, tomatoes, mozzarella, arugula, speck, tapenade and pesto sauce

    - Eggplant cake, tomato and pesto sauce

    - Provencal salad with “brandade”, tapenade and vegetables

    - Salmon gravlax, dill and lemon sauce, cucumber and blinis

    - Bourgogne snails cooked with garlic and Persil butter

    - Frisée salad, bacon, croutons and poached egg

    - Bourgogne snails cooked with garlic and parsley butter

    - Artichoke and asparagus – mousseline sauce

    - Scallops and risotto

    - Scrambled eggs with truffles – grilled bacon

    - Croque Monsieur and salad

     

    Main course :

     

    - Codfish, large prawn grilled with parsley and garlic, mussels, rice and vegetables

    - Pork Pluma Iberica in honey sauce, creamly polenta and vegetables

    - Ossobuco,  fresh pasta and vegetables

    - Beef filet with mustard sauce, mashed potatoes and vegetables

    - “Bresse’s chicken” in mushrooms sauce, gnocchis and vegetables

    - Grilled chicken with Provencal herb, pasta and pesto sauce – Provencal tomato

    - Duck breast in honey and soya sauce, noodles, vegetables

    - Veal schnitzel, vegetables and tartare sauce

    Dessert :

     

    - Hot chocolate cake and crème Anglaise

    - Nougat ice cream – raspberry coulis – almond biscuit

    - Orange and rum Baba – whipped cream and fruits
